We offer this extended warranty at no extra cost. We stand behind the superior products we create. Our warranty is unmatched in the industry.
We have the option to reprogram our devices if needed and will do everything in our power using the latest technology and ability to deliver and maintain a proven device for your specific individual requirements.
You may only return merchandise purchased from TACTICAL HEARING, if it meets the guidelines below.
All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories, manual, and original packaging materials. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, it is required that you indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.
30-Day Return Period:
Thirty days or less from the date merchandise was shipped (see exceptions below).
The following items are not returnable:
- Items that are damaged or abused
- discounted or special sale and special order items ordered over the phone or purchased at tradeshows
- certain specials
A 50% restocking fee will be charged on returned custom products.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee:
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in “like new” condition).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you return a defective or incorrect item to us, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item from us. To make sure we have your product in stock, call Customer Care at 801-822-6888.
Products that are returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., free battery or bundle discount), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
If you’d like to return an individual item in a bundle package, you will be refunded the discounted price of the item you return, but you will be required to pay the difference between each remaining item’s bundle price and its non-discounted price on the date of your bundle purchase. Please call Customer Care for details about how returning an individual bundle item will impact your cost.
Bundle purchases can be returned in their entirety in accordance with our return policy.
